In order to strengthen the awareness of compliance of all the faculty and staff of the College and promote the deepening of Party discipline learning and education, the School of Civil and Transportation Engineering of Shenzhen University held a special lecture on compliance construction and Party discipline learning and education at noon on July 5 in the A431 lecture hall。In this lecture, Director Duan Bin from the Audit Office of Shenzhen University and Teacher Li Jie from the Institute of Science and Technology Development were invited as keynote speakers, and Teacher Gu Yuan from the Planning and Finance Department was invited as Q&A guests to give an in-depth interpretation on the economic risk prevention and control of secondary units of the university and the funding policy and funding business management of scientific research projects。All faculty and staff of the college attended the lecture, which was presided over by Chen Bixia, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College。

Teacher Li Jie gave a special lecture on the interpretation of Scientific research project funding policy and funding business Management。First of all, she gave a detailed interpretation of the national, ministerial, provincial and municipal level scientific research project fund management policies, and sorted out the National Natural Science Foundation, Guangdong Provincial fund, Shenzhen science and technology research and development fund composition and use norms。Teacher Li Jie especially emphasized the reform measures of scientific research funds in simplifying budget preparation, delegating the right to budget adjustment, and increasing the proportion of indirect costs, aiming to give researchers more autonomy in the use of funds, and stressed that the state has also strengthened the supervision and inspection of scientific research project funds。
